Product Description

U21C Solar Tracker Damper

The TOMUU U21C solar tracker damper is designed to slow and dampen tracker movement under wind gusts and other external disturbances, helping reduce excessive movement of photovoltaic tracker structures.

U21C is available with two force and speed configurations, providing different options for tracker structures, mounting conditions and project requirements.

Solar Tracker Project Experience

TOMUU supplies actuator and damper solutions for utility-scale photovoltaic tracking projects. In tracker systems using both components, the actuator drives and positions the structure, while the damper helps control unwanted movement caused by wind and other external disturbances.

TOMUU solar tracker actuator and damper project application

One example is the Samarkand 1 Solar PV + BESS project, where TOMUU supplied U20 Series industrial linear actuators and U21 Series dampers for the solar tracking application.
