Basic knowledge of electric actuator
Electric actuator (electric actuator) is also commonly known as electric actuator and electric device. It is divided into single-phase electric actuator and three-phase electric actuator. It is an electromechanical integration equipment product we often use in the process of automatic control. In the automatic control equipment, it is the main execution equipment of instrument terminal control. It can carry out remote automatic operation on some equipment, such as baffle, valve, etc., and control their opening, closing and adjustment through remote operation, so as to replace our manual operation.
According to different forms of output and valve position displacement, electric actuators are divided into three categories: angular stroke electric actuators refer to the angle at which the torque output by electric actuators is 90 degrees. Straight stroke actuator means that the thrust output by the actuator is linear displacement. The multi turn actuator can rotate at all angles with the output torque, and its size exceeds 360 degrees, which is a multiple of 360 degrees.
Working principle of electric actuator: after energizing the motor of electric actuator, convert the electric energy of these machines into mechanical energy to make the electric actuator work.
