TOMUU U10G linear actuator for solar tracker is used in 293MW project in Shihezi, Xinjiang Province, China. This is part of 600MW project from TBEA, which is the biggest solar tracker system project in 2020.
U10G linear actuator is an extreme load and modularity design actuator. U10G has 31,000N dynamic load, UV resistance, corrosion proof capability, and passes over 1,000 hours salt spray test and IP66 class test. It is very tough, even in desert of Xinjiang, -40℃ in the night and more than 50℃ in the Sun. 80,000N static load make it survive in 8th grade wind. Specially, Its motor can be replaced individually, which helps it more easy to maintain.
U10G gains many patents in China and US. Copper alloy nut and #45 steel screw is used in U10G linear actuator to make sure low voltage and long life. A star washer is assembled in the end of screw near gear to make sure no looseness, which may cause failure.
