On March 18, 2026, intelligent industrial floor scrubbers equipped with TOMUU U7 electric linear actuators were officially deployed and put into stable operation at a large automotive manufacturing workshop in East China. This practical application marks the successful upgrade of traditional industrial cleaning equipment to automatic intelligent cleaning solutions. Project Scope & Progress
This project cooperates with a well-known industrial cleaning equipment manufacturer for mass matching and long term reliability testing of intelligent floor scrubber systems. TOMUU completed full batch delivery of all U7 linear actuators from December 2025 to February 2026. Each industrial floor scrubber is installed with 2 to 3 sets of TOMUU U7 actuators to control brush plate lifting, suction squeegee angle adjustment and water valve switch management. All actuators have been fully installed and operated on site, supporting a total cleaning area of 50,000 square meters with stable running time exceeding 2000 hours, ensuring continuous and reliable linear motion drive for daily automatic cleaning work.
